Research Notes: Extensive research on Louis Noé vaguely determined that he was the child of Janvier Chénier & Philomène Desloges-Poirier.
This family was not found in the Census of 1871 for Buckingham.
His birth & baptism are recorded on several microfilms: MIC 417, MFM 0281 and 318.
MFM 417 clearly shows a mixup in the Godparents and the parents. I believe that the parents were incorrectly identified as the sponsors.
I have added Louis Noé as a child of Janvier and Philomène. It might be possible that Louis Noé died as a second Noé was born in 1879.1
